Please note that we do not sell your boat as other non profits do consequently you get the fully value of your donation.  Without a survey this could be up to $5,000.00 or with a survey the full listed value.   Boat US has an article on donations but note their donation value is based on the sale price of the boat.  This could be way lower than the survey value.

At the present time, with the addition of Marine Environmental Explorer Club 360, we are particularly interested in a trawler type boat that we could use as a research vessel to teach environmental science. Please let us know if you know of such a craft, thanks.
